About Me
Katie Glumac
Katie Glumac is a professional violinist performing all over the world. She is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of String Expert, a music education concierge company. She helps to pair students and teachers for quality music education online or in the studio. Katie also enjoys teaching private music lessons through Midland Violin Lessons. Katie is the author of the book A Simple Guide to Music Education, helping students young or old navigate the music education industry. She was honored to speak at the 2017 Texas Music Education conference on Online Music Education and on Social Media Marketing for teachers. Starting her career at the age of 13, she brings over eighteen years of teaching experience and twenty years of playing experience.
